User Story

As a end user
I'd like to see a map that visualizes our data
So that I can see what this technology can do.

Acceptance Criteria

Map page built in Vue to consume API portion
Map displays data in the same way v1 did.
Map shows relationship between entities on the map (like the second tab)
PR merged to master

Notes

If API isn't ready this should be able to use some sort of dummy data for now to show POC.
