User Story

As a front-end developer
I'd like to have access to an API with all of our data
So that I can build dynamic, yet static, pages

Acceptance Criteria

API endpoints with GET to deliver data
PR merged to master with any code.i

Notes

This is a huge ticket that will likely need to be broken up into smaller tickets.
