User Story

As a developer
I'd like to consolidate and condense the infra scripts and code as much as possible
So that I can limit the number of top-level directories this repo contains.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Consolidation of infra-related folders (docker, bin, terraform, etc) as much as possible
  • Verify tf can deploy to any AWS setup with as few steps as possible.
  • Update all relevant README's and wiki documentation with tf setups.

@revjtanton Just thought... Should we use GitHub Container Registry for our Docker containers? I’m assuming we are paying for ECR. GitHub Container Registry is free for public containers. Should we transition?
