Correct the updater path in docs

The path of the second-stage updater has been moved to the Resources\Binaries\Updater directory (or Resources\BinariesNET8\Updater for .NET 8 clients) from its previous location at Resources\Updater. However, it appears that not all the documents under Docs\*.md, have been updated accordingly as there are still references to the old Resources\Updater path. These discrepancies need to be addressed and corrected. Additionally, the filename for the second-stage updater is SecondStageUpdater.exe for .NET 4.8 clients and SecondStageUpdater.dll for .NET 8 clients, but there are still instances in the documentation where only SecondStageUpdater.dll is mentioned -- this also requires correction.
