Dayspan with Vuejs v3

I am upgrading a large app to Vuejs, V3. I realized that Vuetify did not support V3 and instead of waiting for that, I rewrote the interface using Element Plus. I have been working through issue by issue (v-for and v-if incompatibility, etc) but wondering if you have starting looking at V3 and specifically how the javascript/plugins would be converted?
