pip/poetry not installing all data

Not all the alignment source files are being added by poetry or pip. Also, when trying to load the file locally (i.e. not in a Google collab) the file path is wrong. The SourceIdEnum gets added to file name. So, "SourceIdEnum.SBLGNT.BAB.tsv" would be the end of the config.sourcepath value
