🐛 [BUG] - Hotkeys not Working

Description

For some reason I can't use any hotkeys, they seem to respond on the action bar but they don't activate or ask for target etc. Can click them on action bar successfully.

Reproduction steps

1. Set any hotkey
2. Press hotkey on keyboard
3. No response

Thanks for the report @Auri3l however I can't seem to replicate it, the hotkeys seem to be working fine for me. Can you maybe send a video of whats happening?

Please also try just restarting Chrome, and check there's no new updates if you haven't already.

So a small update about the situation. Issue was solved after a refresh page. I'll try to recreate this bug for a week. If not case is closed. Adding this to FAQ may be in order. Thank you for checking out @jabinb.
