I am unable to extract or archive RAR files because they are not available in Debian.

Describe the solution you'd like

Adding the Rar and Unrar packages in Linutil under Utilities

Describe alternatives you've considered

Ubuntu has both rar and unrar packages would it be possible to download them from there and then port them into Linutil?

Additional context

Packages from Ubuntus repos:
rar ubuntu
unrar ubuntu 2
