INDEX Creation problem : " instead of ` #10

Syntax error in INDEX or PRIMARY KEY creation :

Should be :

ALTER TABLE street
    ADD CONSTRAINT street_pkey PRIMARY KEY (`StrId`);
ALTER TABLE `street` ADD INDEX ( `AdmId` ) ;

instead of

ALTER TABLE street
    ADD CONSTRAINT street_pkey PRIMARY KEY ("StrId");
ALTER TABLE `street` ADD INDEX ( "AdmId" ) ;
