1.m3u8格式的视频播放的时候，切换到后台，并且暂停。等一段时间后，点击app从后台把激活。这个视频不能继续播放，请问这要怎么优化？测试地址：https://t1api.shjqtech.net/video/app/m3u8/playlist/215a6022a0c3180267f5a0c04a57938d.m3u8 。
mp4 格式的地址没有发现这个问题。
