drag to resize div

Create a component that will allow being resized in one of the 4 positions (top, left, bottom right).

We need to understand how to implement... is an external component like a long div that you attach on the div container?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm not sure this component can be achieved without css... (except for using iframes).

Do we consider using a base/essential css to achieve it?

@nikkialgar I think base css is necessary probably an inline one because I suppose it need to be calculated all the time the user drag the component
