Summary:

If you enable the Share-A-Bull bikes layer, no bikes appear.

The Tampa GBFS feeds are in transition with apparent errors - see this issue for more info:
MobilityData/gbfs#149

Steps to reproduce:

Enable the Share-A-Bull bikes layer

Expected behavior:

Show Share-A-Bull bikes

Observed behavior:

No bikes appear
