Correct the bins number for 2 or 3x the automatic sqrt() function if Otsu is called ... maybe this is better than only assuming sqrt() function.

Create an iterative process that helps increasing the Number of bins until the Number of tissue converge. Maybe 2 or 3 iterations is enough .
