Archive operations overwrite slot 4 (vat_ptr3) #165

When you open a variable with mode "r+" or "a+" it unarchives the variable if necessary; however, that unarchiving overwrites the the vat pointer of slot 4.

@PeterTillema ti_Open() returns 4, or the vat_ptr4?
