no, it's close-sourced. i use github only to publish docs and track issues

They're somewhat active on encode.su, here's a post from the 4th of June 2022:

if kind Bulat Ziganshin just tell us how far the opensourcing is going or status in his mind is. seems somewhat dead. (it all made me curious tho, could i make decompressing work under linux, when the file uploader used some premade windows compression tool, could still just be a virus that I downloaded)
