Integrate NPM downloads related Impact Vectors

Currently the data we are using from OSO does not contain the NPM Package Downloads statistics. When this is available, lets not forget to add it to our graphql query. The three vectors are commented out in this file:
impact-calculator/packages/nextjs/components/impact-vector/ImpactVectors.ts
