Describe the bug
Inconsistent values displayed in options picker

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. add a relationship in your database with options.
2. Add multiple data rows so that you get results
3. in design view add a edit form screen in update mode. so that you can easily update the data.
4. assign a default value to the dropdown like this {{ Form.Value.Equipment.id }} so that the value from the db row is the default option.

Expected behavior
Consistent values displayed in Lines dropdown
