<p>Hello!</p>
<p>This weekend is our first-ever "<strong><a href="https://www.meetup.com/Girl-Develop-It-Philadelphia/events/242366541/">Introduction to User-Interface Design Tools</a></strong>" class! Just a reminder that it's <strong>Saturday and Sunday, from 11:45am to 4pm at First Round Capital </strong>(4040 Locust Street). We have a lot of topics to cover both days, but I am available during class to help you and after class via email or Slack (on our new channel, <strong>#design</strong>) if you have any questions. We also have some fantastic TA's this weekend to assist you while working on our design exercises, so take advantage of their knowledge and experience while you're learning!</p>
<p>There are a few important things that you need before tomorrow's first class so that we can get started coding right away:</p>
<ul>
<li>Your laptop and charger</li>
<li>Download Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch <em>***<strong>MAC ONLY</strong> - Please let us know if you would like to borrow a loaner computer to complete the Sketch exercises if you only have a Windows computer***</em></li>
</ul>
<p>If you'd like, feel free to bring snacks, coffee or bottled drinks to keep you in tip top learning shape.</p>
