Backend Api Integration

Integrate the already created backend apis with frontend at the following places:
Home Page
Project Page
Organize Page
Project Submission Page
Hack Page

Instead Tableland use backend apis for database uses.

On Home page you can call the backend api for getting hackathon details instead for readDatabase function. Similarly, you can call backend apis wherever needed for all the above mentioned pages.
