The "countryFullName" of "Turks & Caicos Islands" has the HTML entity   instead of a space between the words Caicos and Islands "Caicos Islands".

html_entity_decode("Turks & Caicos Islands") == "Turks & Caicos Islands"

Sorry for the belated reply. I have checked the database, and with the keyword Turks & Caicos Islands, I can find all the documents for this country.

Could you please give me more details about the  , where did you find this character and the specific document you encountered?
