The fix for #97 (work complete in #98) seems a much more consistent way to extract the correct url as opposed to how the Portuguese checks work by trying a bunch of variations.
Update this to be the same across all languages, thereby stopping the site from being hammered by requests and reducing it to the maximum of 2 per scrape.
