Better developer mode fields UI + Webhook option when memory created

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Separate developer fields to a separate screen so the UI/UX is better, and cleaner.
Also include a Webhook option so every time a memory get's created, they receive the whole memory details in their own backend, and do as they wish.

This should be a URL field. and it should be a POST request with a standardized json format, probable Memory.toJson() method that is already in the app.
