Tests in BambooHTTPResponse use strpos($this->headers['Content-Type']). HTTP 1.1 / 2 are spec'd as case insensitive. Running into an issue where a new install of PHP Curl is using HTTP 2 strict rules and headers are returned as $this->headers['content-type'].
