Integrate blank/censorContainer/commentContainer logic in subtitle- and clip-editors. #880

Currently, the blanks/blurs/comments in subtitle Editor and clip manager are in the wrong positions.

Not just with annotation logic, the players for all editors and the player need to use the same code. Don't Repeat Yourself!
