CWeaponSDKBase::GetMeleeDamage and CWeaponSDKBase::GetBrawlSecondaryFireRate evaluate weapon weight differently.
This needs to be considered when adding weapons with more than 20 slots.

Adding a new weapon type would have interesting gameplay ramifications. Worked fine in TS so I'm sure it could do well here so long as close attention is paid to its mechanics and balance.
