It's weird that the plugin changes the round restart delay when the bomb is defused. I've the mp_round_restart_delay on 6 but every time I defuse, it instantly changes to the next round. This is a problem because I've music during the restart delay.
Is it anything I've missed in the .sp that can customize this, or is it a bug?

The idea of this plugin is to increase the number of rounds played of retakes over a period of time. It's core purpose is to speed things up so unfortunately this is a biproduct, we could potentially look at increasing the round restart delay
