Maintenance of CosmosDB JavaScript Aspects

As someone with whom I've been in touch before from the DocumentDB days, I'm getting in touch to find out the ongoing support for CosmosDB.

Specifically, we are encountering weird problems when using Stored Procedures defined in JavaScript (as opposed stored procedures using SQL statements).

Where do we seek help with this?

The issue on this repo are not getting any attention from what I can see.
