[Question/Feedback]: Should failed remove tasks hold a publishing task from running? #3593

Description

Looking at some failed pipelines of mine and see that publishing is not carried out due to issues with the removal of resources. Is this intentional?

Intentional no, but simple 😄 I would agree that not skipping the publishing would be the better call. I guess this could be done via some shiny environment variables and stage conditions
