OS: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
desktop: GNOME 42.9
When SystemDecorations="Full":
When SystemDecorations="None" or SystemDecorations="BorderOnly":
Currently, "None" is the same as "BorderOnly" for SystemDecorations on Linux. See #3849.
The x11window's MotifWmHints property is 0x3, 0x3e, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0 if the window's SystemDecorations is set to None or BorderOnly.
If you use
xprop -f _MOTIF_WM_HINTS 32x -set _MOTIF_WM_HINTS "0x3,0x3e,0x2,0x0,0x0"
to change the MotifWmHints property, it will result in a true BorderOnly. Look at the shadow:I‘m a beginner with Avalonia and Linux. I want to know why support for SystemDecorations="BorderOnly" was deprecated on Linux.
