Export data tile with user-specified file extension

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment, it's possible to choose between txt, json and csv when using the export data tile, but it's not possible to specify a different text-based file type (i.e. html)

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if there was an option to either specify a custom extension or get the download dialog to default to 'All files'

Describe alternatives you've considered
It's possible to replace the .txt in the download dialog box, but it's an extra step.
