I couldn't find any way how to set a rotation angle for RectTool or any other Ngon tool.
What I want to achieve:

  1. Set rotation to 45 degrees
  2. When I start drawing a rectangle, the shape will be rotated in 45 degrees.

I also found that RectShape has a transform property but I couldn't achieve the rotation effect described above.
