Every time I run "signal-cli receive", I now get the warning message:
WARN StorageHelper - Found 1 records that were deleted remotely but only marked unregistered locally. Removed those from local store.
Because the error message seems to occur repeatedly, is the record really persistently "removed from the local store"?
If this is an expected situation, can the warning be suppressed?
If it is a situation requiring intervention to fix it, can the warning supply some specific information (which record was deleted remotely but only marked unregistered locally?)
What should I adjust or what signal-cli command should I run to make the warning go away?

This is happening to me too, but the consequence is that Signal on my primary device (Android phone) is marking many of my contacts as unknown users, requiring me to re-send/re-accept a message request from them. THIS MAKES THE APP UNUSABLE.
