The second POS tag column is exported in XML export, but is always _ in conll export.

Fix export of POS tag2 in conll format

  * There's a mix of 'tag2' and 'xpos' for the column name of CoNLL-U column 5 in lib/conll.py
  * @kimgerdes please take a look and maybe refactor this - this commit fixes an issue I had where conll export always filled column 5 with '_', although XML export works correctly
  * If this looks right please close the associated issue (#26)
