擦丝器难用的一批,当时我表弟要过来给我炫一把厨艺,炒三丝切了一上午,我帮忙还不让...

我觉得确实需要有个刀功教程，刀功不行，做饭也不利索

附议，可以整一个，往多了说就从选刀开始，保养结束，直接一点就以中式菜刀为例，切各种形状和食材的大致方法

其实只介绍基础的就行,钝刀拿碗底蹭蹭都行...也不是啥专业师傅,怎么简单怎么来
