We should make sure the website runs on PHP7

How do you see this in the Vagrant context?

Would you prefer a separate box for it? Or would you like to switch from mod_php to PHP-FPM?
When switching to PHP-FPM, we could have a separate vhost providing PHP7.

i don't mind a full witch to PHP7, when i say upgrade i mean mostly making sure the code runs fine.
