Custom Event Rating

Meetup is making it harder to find the ratings page where you can rate a venue and the meeting. I propose we have a url where we can direct people that will authenticate them with Meetup and show a easy to use form to rate the venue and such, and maybe bring in joind.in as well.

It will imply having tokens for both APIs so it might be a bit more complex to get both, but at least a page to facilitate meetup rating and a link to Joind.in.
