Now that the events are on the website, we can move the raffler system into the site and offer on-site checkins. This is the outline:

Add a "i'm here" button to the current event
Lead user to a page with all RSVP's
User can click on himself to be checked in
Admin only page show all checkins and includes the raffler system
Admins can "un-check" people [BONUS]
