This should tie into #7 (Speaker) showcase.

This means:

Registering as a speaker adds you to DB
Your entry is available for use as "Month's speaker"
Your entry is available for show in the Speaker Showcase
It should also offer options like: rejected, contacted, etc.. to manage future speakers.
