[Feature] Make it possile to resize resume Image before it is uploaded

• Yes, I have searched the existing issues and it doesn't exist.

Feature Description

There to be a feature were a user can crop a picture before it is uploaded on their resume, rather than it just uploading as it is. I believe this will make it easier using pictures on reactive resume, and not give the user any stress to upload or change their resume picture. If this is a feature that makes sense to be implemented, I would love to work on it, and be assigned this feature to work on
