[Bug] Public resume is blank until refresh

Current Behavior

When accessing the resume via the public link, the page is blank until it is refreshed. This issue apparently occurs only for first-time visitors to the URL.

Expected Behavior

The page should display the resume without the need to refresh.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to the sharing section.
2. toggle the public radio button.
3. copy the public URL.
4. Open an incognito window in Chrome or Edge.
5. navigate to the url.

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Chrome, Microsoft Edge

What template are you using?

None

Anything else?

I am using the Gengar template.

I'd like to report that I'm encountering the same issue.

Same. In edit it's also blank until I change the template, but a refresh always gets it back to blank (with the template set to whatever I changed it to)
