Mac OS Sequoia, Macbook Pro M1 Chip. OpenAI Api key is correct, gpt 4o is chosen.

For example, "open wikipedia page about football", it shows actions at the text field means something all goes good on the back-end side, however nothing happens on the screen... even ding sounds been played, but nothing on the screen.

Two questions

1. Are you using multiple monitors? In that case open the app and the keep the cursor on the primary screen.
2. Are accessibility settings enabled for the app? It can't take actions without the accessibility permission.
