Make it easy to distinquish test versions from releases

Make sure that versions generated by PRs have suffix other than 'altinitystable' or 'altiniyfips' (perhaps '.testing'?).

Also we should put some sort of a additional info into binary metadata (system.build_options?) pointing out to the PR and/or CI/CD run that actually produced that. (for .deb, .rpm, '.apk', binaries and docker images)
