  • A baseline, stimulus being 0, is currently written with "Amplitude=0" into the epoch tag. We should allow the user to query epochs with that tag value more easily.

  • Add new epoch type in the wavebuilder of type "Baseline" with only duration. This epoch type should also have epoch tag which clearly identifies it.
