What happened?

Issues regarding tiered centrifgues from Centrifuge Tiers and the RF Tools Crafter.

When used to process honey into honey blocks, the crafter seems to make glass bottles out of thin air. The screenshots below show how 168 glass bottles are present in the system. When checking only a few minutes later the 4th screenshots shows how the glass bottles have somehow increased to huge numbers as can be seen in the 4th screenshot.
