What happened?

Hello, today 14/08/22 I crate protpector hammer from silent gear and craft it with shulker shell to get dust for next crafting and i get duble amount of shells in my crafting for example I put hammer and 40 shells craft one crushed shullker shell and insted of 39 shells i got like 80 shell, here are photos ;)
