This file does not seem to be of any interest in the packaging process. It should be removed

To be tested anyway ... perharps it may be used by the setup.py used during the build process ...

??? this file is use for solaris packaging if i remenber ???

From what I remember is used for generating deb package with a python command.

If it is used for solaris, are we supporting this OS ? I don't think so, we have no test for it.
