workdir logdir etcdir in deb package #15

The ini files in the deb package set following values

workdir=/usr/local/var/run/alignak
logdir=/usr/local/var/log/alignak
etcdir=/usr/local/etc/alignak

It should be

workdir=/var/run/alignak
logdir=/var/log/alignak
etcdir=/etc/alignak
