Fix XPM icons support and update dependencies:

  • Fixed build with recent environments
  • Fixed XPM icons support (gdk-pixbuf 2.42.11 regression, see discussion on Homebrew)
  • Moved all build files to ${PWD}/devroot directory instead of ${HOME} to keep home in safe
  • Turned on -e and -x bash options in gtk-osx-setup.sh
  • Added -Werror=unguarded-availability-new to CFLAGS
  • Updated dependencies (enchant, automake, libxml2, libxslt, libpng, expat, libtiff, glib, cairo, harfbuzz, openssl, sqlite, libgpg-error, libassuan)
  • Updated README
