Environment:

OS: Debian Trixie
Browser: Thorium Browser (M128.0.6613.189 - 61st Release)
Package: thorium-browser_128.0.6613.189_AVX.deb
Description: After connecting to a free Wi-Fi access point, the expected network login page does not open automatically in the Thorium Browser. This behavior persists across multiple attempts to connect to different free Wi-Fi networks.

Steps to Reproduce:

Connect to a free Wi-Fi access point.
Open Thorium Browser.
The network login page does not load automatically.
Expected Behavior: The network login page should open automatically after connecting to the Wi-Fi access point.

Additional Notes: This issue appears to be specific to Thorium Browser as other browsers (e.g., Firefox, Chrome) open the login page as expected on the same network.
