Return functionality that was removed from modern Chromium-based browsers #60

I suggest you return in future versions of the Thorium browser (x86 and x64) the functionality that was removed from modern Chromium-based browsers (Google Chrome, Opera Blink, Microsoft Edge, Yandex.Browser, Vivaldi, etc.) under pressure from Google marketers. Including:

Adobe Flash Player
NPAPI and PPAPI plugins
chrome://plugins (plugins management page)
FTP protocol

Why Flash? Flash is dead. It's actually impossible to use Flash anymore.

Last time I used flash for were some old games and movies but there's no way to put them back to browser... I got the standalone player if nostalgia cramps too much.

Ruffle is pretty good, you should try that.
